My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was nice with convenient access to stores, restaurants, and the mall, but the rooms were a bit small for my family, and one of them was not as great as the one we had before. The service was friendly and helpful, although there was a slight mix-up with my credit card. The dining was hit-or-miss, with some dishes being good while others were a letdown. The facilities were decent overall.
